yes, but to discover that it's dan-level, you need
to wait a week for each move.  that could be some
mighty slow experimentation.  could be that the
move chosen after 1 minute is 20kyu, the move
chosen after 20 minutes is 10kyu, and the move
chosen after a week is 1kyu.  but you might never
discover that last fact...
