[computer-go] First stage of Go framework

I haven't had much feed-back, so I don't know if there's actually
that much interest for this project. Of course, so far it's only just
starting, so maybe interest will increase as more progress is made.
Until then I just keep going at it.

Today I checked in some general GTP code and it's now possible to
build the project and start a random Go engine. Nothing really
exciting, except that I think as some basic building blocks pretty
handy. And if you start it from GoGui, you can actually play against
it. This was some grunt work that needed to be done before the
exciting parts start. I hope I made it in such a way that it will
save a lot of work for newcomers. I put a pretty detailed description
of the different building-blocks in the Wiki on the project-site:
http://www.javaforge.com/proj/summary.do?proj_id=1132

Any feed-back greatly appreciated. And thanks to Markus Enzenberger
for GoGui, it's great to have to bootstrap a project like this with
relatively little work.
