I don't understand the reasoning here, or what you're trying to say.  
Does it apply to 5x5 as well?

As far as I'm concerned all it means is that computers will be better  
than humans on a 7x7 board and that says little or nothing about the  
level humans may have acquired playing Go on a 9x9 board, let alone  
on 19x19.
