[computer-go] Open Source project at JavaForge

As often with these kind of things, when you want to allow others to
access it you run into trouble.

Through a combination of counter-intuitive admin settings and a few
problems with the software that JavaForge uses some people
experienced trouble accessing the various parts or couldn't get in at
all.

Fortunately the people at JavaForge are very helpful and promptly
fixed my problems. Everyone should now be able to access the project.
When accessing the Subversion repository you'll be prompted for a
user-name and password, which should be 'anonymous' and 'anon'
respectively.
