[computer-go] Orego's Adventures in C++

We've begun the reimplementation. Since there has been some interest  
in hearing about our progress, the story so far can be found here:

First off, let me say that I am NOT asking anyone to explain C++ to  
us; we've got books, so this would probably be a waste of your time  
and ours. That said, if anyone has algorithmic or idiomatic  
suggestions, we'd be happy to hear them. Our C++ probably has a thick  
Java accent right now, but hopefully that will change in the next  
couple of weeks.
