Yes, I misunderstood.  Thank you for explaining this.  I have now 
changed the web page.

Apology accepted.  I am glad that such things have become much less 
frequent.  I hope that there aren't many in September's KGS computer go 
tournament (Sunday September 3rd), as this will be on 19x19 boards. When 
there is a dispute like this, I have to decide how to resolve the 
dispute, then I have to count the board and decide who has won.  I can 
count small boards, Chinese-style;  but I do want to have to count a 
large board accurately if the game is close.
