[computer-go] Top 10 CGOS programs

I have placed no limits on how many versions you can have on CGOS. The
only consideration, and this is only a suggestion not a CGOS rule, is
that you don't have more than 2 or 3 similar versions playing on CGOS
at the same exact time. This is so that others are likely to get a
better variety of opponents. But the whole idea of CGOS is to help
program developers experiment and test.

Of course you realize that after about 32 days of inactivity the entry
will disappear from the list - so you don't have to worry about
polluting the space too much. If you log it back on, it comes back to
life.

I am working on a new server - this one is going to have an awesome web
based viewing client - you will be able to watch the games as they are
being played, right on the web page. It's javascript and
XMLHttpRequest based.

I have a simple prototype that smoothly and graphically displays a game
in the browser (without requiring you to update your browser.) It's so
cool you won't be able to stand it!
