[computer-go] Top 10 CGOS programs

Hi Don,

Thank you very much for the work of CGOS. MoGo's development has benefited a lot from it. We are sometimes afraid of spamming CGOS by having too many versions at the same time. 

Normaly there will always be at least one version of MoGo running on the CGOS until the end of September. We wish to play games against other programs, as many as possible, in order to evaluate MoGo's performance. We believe it is the same case for the other program(group).
