[computer-go] Top 10 CGOS programs

There are several programs on CGOS whose rating has peaked over 1800.

Some of them are approaching or have achieved at least 1900. 

It appears that we have quite a fight among the top contenders and the
new program MoGo has recently hit 1900.

Up to yesterdays games, but not including today's games, here are the
peak ratings achieved by programs - I'll call it the top 10 by peak
rating list (I only show fully established players):
