that's a good thing, in my mind.  it encourages
more eyeballs (profiting or not) to look at your
code, which is a net benefit.

GPL-virus is a neat idea, but a bit arrogant in
practice.  it presumes that the 'private club'
is important enough that you won't have a choice
but to join it.  better to just let anyone and
everyone play with your toys however they want.
